Pacific Time): Deadline for laptop users to upload answer files  \nMore Bar Exam Dates and Deadlines  \nAdmittance Tickets and Mock Exams Now Available  \nOnce the State Bar has verified your eligibility to sit for the exam, your Admittance Ticket will be available in the Applicant Portal. Shortly after, approved applicants using laptops will receive an email from ExamSoft with instructions for downloading the exam software and taking the mandatory mock exam by July 21.  \n• Review the Admittance Ticket Bulletin before exam day for important information you will need to know, such as the location of your testing center.  \n• Review the laptop webpage for complete instructions.  \n•  See instructional videos and guides on taking the mock exam.  \n• Take the mock exam up to five additional times if needed to familiarize yourself with the exam software.  \nHotel Deals Expiring this Week  \nSome hotels are still offering special rates for bar exam applicants, but final cut-off dates are coming soon. When registering, request the group rate for the State Bar of California exam.  \nHow to Appeal Testing Accommodations Outcome  \nApplicants who were denied testing accommodations or did not receive the accommodations they requested have until July 3 to file an appeal. Appeals may be made in the Applicant Portal. The appeal must specify, under penalty of perjury, the reasons you disagree with the determination and include any supporting documentation or evidence. Applicants with a newly acquired injury or disability have until July 14 to file an emergency petition with supporting medical documentation.  \nJuly 4 Holiday Closure  \nPlease note that the State Bar offices will be closed for the holiday on July 4.
