People from those other countries came to Egypt to buy some of the grain that was stored there.  \nWhen Jacob heard there was grain in Egypt, he sent his sons there saying,“Go down to Egypt to buy grain so that we can survive and not starve to death.”  \nTen of Joseph’s brothers went down to Egypt to buy grain.
