But John clearly said,“No, I am not.”  \nJohn 1:19-20  \nThen John quoted the prophet Isaiah,“I am only someone shouting in the wilderness,‘Prepare yourselves for the Lord’s coming!’But someone is coming who is much greater than I am. I am not good enough even to untie his sandals.”  \nJohn 1:23, 27; Isaiah 40:3  \nThe next day John saw Jesus coming toward him and said, \"Look! Here is the Lamb of God. He will take away the sin of the world.”  \nJohn 1:29  \nAnd on the next day, John was with two of his disciples, people who believed and followed his teachings. They saw Jesus walk by. John said,“Look! There is the Lamb of God!”  \nJohn 1:35-36  \nThe two disciples left John and followed Jesus. Jesus saw them and asked,“What do you want?”  \nThey replied,“Teacher, where do you live?”Jesus said,“Come and see!”  \nJohn 1:37-39  \nSo, the two men went with Jesus and saw where he was staying.
