The narrative details Jesus and his disciples traveling between Galilee and Samaria, encountering ten men afflicted with leprosy who distance themselves and cry out for mercy. Jesus instructs them to show themselves to the priests, and as they obey, they are cleansed. Notably, one of the healed men, a Samaritan, returns to express his gratitude to Jesus, praising God. Jesus questions the absence of the other nine, highlighting the gratitude of the foreigner. The story emphasizes the power of faith and the importance of giving thanks.
