I was fortunate to be paid for my work experience and even worked an extra day during my second year.  \nThe course provided valuable knowledge and skills essential for my future career .  \nHow hasthe T Level prepared you for your career?  \nDuring my work placement, I was offered the opportunity to work an extra day with payment. I also worked throughout the summer and all the half terms, all paid for. After completing my course, I was offered a paid higher apprenticeship with the company where I did my work experience . This course has provided a foundation for the years following study.  \nWhat did you like most about taking aT Level?  \nGaining practical experience in the field has been a significant aspect of the course. The education provided was comprehensive, and applying it in realworld scenarios has offered valuable insights, addressing the common question of “when am I ever going to use this?”  \n“If you are someone who isn’t too sure where you want to progress, or do know and want some real-world experience, I would absolutely recommend aT-Level.  \n”  \nHave you completed your work placement, if yes what was the best part of the experience?  \nMeeting the members of the team with whom I now work full-time has been the highlight of this experience. Establishing friendships with these individuals and continuing these relationships after the course has greatly facilitated my integration and adaptation to a new company, which is often challenging for many.  \nHow would you say your confidence has changed since taking aT Level?  \nHas it made you more of a leader or focused your ambitions in anyway? The T-Level program has significantly enhanced my confidence in both leadership and teaching.
