I.T. Group GmbH Dresden (hereafter referred to as K. I.T. Group) is the meeting organizer of the Joint Annual Meeting of the International Society of Exposure Science and the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology 2025 , which takes place in Atlanta, Georgia, USA, from August 17 – 20, 2025 (hereafter referred to as ISES-ISEE 2025) . K. I.T. Group is authorised to act on behalf of the meeting hosts, the International Society of Exposure Science (ISES) and the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology (ISEE) . K. I.T. Group leads the meeting secretariat and is responsible for registration and abstract submission, corresponding delegate services, as well as sponsorship and exhibition management. These General Terms and Conditions are valid for each registered attendee of this ISES-ISEE 2025 meeting. Any person registered (delegate, student, exhibitor, etc. ) is considered an attendee.  \nRegistration and Payment  \nThe registration and payment deadlines are as follows:  \nEarly registration deadline: May 14 , 2025 , 23:59:59 (EDT)  \nStandard registration deadline: July 31, 2025 , 23:59:59 (EDT)  \nLate / On-site registration: from August 01, 2025 , 00:00:01 (EDT)  \nEveryone who wants to attend ISES-ISEE 2025 must register. Until the standard registration deadline, the registration to the meeting is solely possible via the online registration form. After the standard registration deadline, the registration to the meeting is possible via the online registration form and on-site at the registration desk by completing the on-site registration form. With the completion of the online registration (by clicking the button “bindingly register” or “pay” at the end of the form) or handing in the on-site registration form on-site, the contract between K. I.T. Group and the participant is legally binding. K. I.T. Group is authorised to act on behalf of the meeting hosts, the International Society of Exposure Science (ISES) and the International Society for Environmental Epidemiology (ISEE) .  \nEveryone who wants to register at a reduced registration fee (e.g. Students, Early Careers , etc. ) needs to provide the requested proof to K. I.T. Group upon registration.  \nThe participant will receive an official confirmation of registration/invoice from K. I.T. Group via email. All registration fees must be paid in due time according to the due date stated on the invoice. For applying for the early/standard registration fee, payment in full must be made within the given deadlines. Otherwise, the Meeting Organization reserves the right to change the registration to the higher registration fee and send a new invoice.  \nPayments are only accepted in USD and can be made by credit card or by bank transfer. Any bank charges have to be paid by the participant. Cheques will not be accepted. All registration fees must be fully paid prior to the meeting. Exceptions can only be made, if a written request has been officially confirmed by the meeting hosts and sent to K. I.T. Group. In this case, payment may be made on-site atthe registration desk in cash or by credit card. Only after full payment has been received, the registration will be considered valid.  \nVisa requirements and invitation letter  \nIt is the sole responsibility of the attendee to take care of his/her visa requirements. Attendees who require an entry visa must schedule sufficient time for the application procedure. Attendees should contact the nearest embassy or consulate to determine the appropriate timing of their visa applications. It is recommended to apply for a visa at least three months in advance of the meeting.  \nEveryone who requires an official Letter of Invitation can request it during the online registration.
