Testing for grades 9-12 occurs on the Senior School campus on January 9th and February 6th, 2016 . Check in begins at 8:15 a.m. and testing will run from 9:00 a.m.  \nuntil approximately 12:00 p.m.  \nPre-registration: You received the ISEE information booklet (green) in the admissions application folder that we mailed to you. You may either fill out the form provided with the booklet or register on-line [at](at www.iseetest.org)[ ](at www.iseetest.org)[www.iseetest.org](at www.iseetest.org).  \nIn order to have scores sent to us, be sure to use Shady Side Academy’s Senior School code:  \n393901. Parents will also receive a copy of the results. The registration form and $100.00 test fee should be paid directly to the ISEE Operations Office (not to Shady Side) .  \nImportant Dates: Please note there is a pre-registration deadline for each testing date as follows:  \nPre-registration Deadline: Dec. 19, 2015  \nPre-registration Deadline: Jan. 16, 2016  \nTest Date: Sat. Jan. 9, 2016  \nTest Date: Sat. Feb. 6, 2016  \nAlternate Dates and Sites: If the above testing dates do not work for your family, the ISEE website ([www.iseetest.org](www.iseetest.org)) lists other sites and testing dates, or you may call our office for assistance.  \nPayment: Families for whom payment of the test fee ($105) poses a serious problem should address their concerns to us here at Shady Side. Fee waivers are available, but must be issued by the authorizing school, in this case Shady Side Academy, and sent to ISEE in lieu of payment along with the registration form.  \nLate Registration/Walk-ins: Should you be unable to meet the published test registration deadlines for testing, you may still register for testing as a late registrant, but must send to ISEE a $20 late fee along with the test registration form and standard $105 fee. Additionally, we will have a limited number of tests for walk-in registrants, and these are given out on a first come, first serve basis. We ask that you call first if you would like to be considered as a walk-in. You will need to bring a completed registration form and check ($140: standard fee + walk-in fee) with you the morning of the test.  \nTest Preparation: The best preparation for the test is to make sure your child is well-rested and has eaten breakfast. Additionally, students can go online to the ISEE website ([www.iseetest.org](www.iseetest.org)) and try the sample test questions provided (be sure they are answering the questions for the grade for which they are applying) .  \nWhat to Bring: Each student should bring two sharpened pencils with erasers and two black or blue ball point pens. We will provide a snack during the testing break. Students should also bring the Verification Letter from ERB which confirms their registration status for the exam. (Late applicants may not receive a Verification Letter. We will validate this registration on the exam day.)
