Not currently “Flagged from Favorable Personnel Actions” or under a “Bar to Reenlistment.”  \n2. Must be or be able to complete 92S MOSQ within 12 months of assignment.  \n3. Must be able to meet the required service obligation (minimum of 12 months from course completion) .  \n4. A Soldier who has a remaining contractual service obligation due to an incentive contract for a specific MOS or UIC may apply for non-standard vacancies but will lose remaining incentive payments with the possibility of recoupment, as applicable.  \n5. Must not be currently stagnant on NCOES/PME (to include DLC requirements) .  \n6. Soldiers applying for a position of higher grade must be on the current promotion list. A physical profile of 222222.  \n3. Per AR 600-8-19, promotion to MSG and SGM requires an interim secret eligibility or higher.  \n4. (4) Qualifying scores.  \na. A minimum score of 84 in aptitude area GM on ASVAB tests administered on and after 2 January 2002.  \nb. A minimum OPAT score of Standing Long Jump (LJ)– 0140 cm, Seated Power Throw (PT)–  \n0400 cm, Strength Deadlift (SD)– 0140 lbs. , and Interval Aerobic Run (IR)– 0040 shuttles in Physical Demand Category in “Significant” (Gray) .  \n5. Formal training (completion of MOS 92S course conducted under the auspices of the U.S. Army Quartermaster School) mandatory or meet the ACASP criteria per paragraph 9-5b(5)(b) of this pamphlet and in paragraph (5) below. Waiver for formal training or ACASP criteria must be submitted to Cdr, USAQMC&S, ATTN: ATSM-QMG, Ft Lee, VA 23801-5032 for approval.  \n6. ACASP qualification criteria. Must have 2 years of experience or combination of formal training and experience totaling 2 years in laundry working, dryer/washing operation or tailor, sewing machine operator or repairer of clothing.  \nTRAINING:  \n1.
