I’m delighted to have you join INTO PREP at the University ofPennsylvania for a summer that will change your life. Thank you for trusting us to provide you with the best SAT/ACT preparation. \nGet ready: INTO PREP equips students with the confidence, knowledge, and skills they need to perform well on the SAT and ACT exams. We take pride in our rigorous curriculum, highly-experienced professional teaching staff, and state-of-the-art technology. \nCurious about college life? We operate our Summer Residential Camp at the prestigious University of Pennsylvania, where students can explore what it’s like to live in a dorm, navigate myriad dining options, and find the right balance between study time and down time. \nBut don’t expect a lot of free time-we know our success is based on our students’ success, so we developed a highly structured program that builds students’“academic muscles” and prepares them not just for the test, but also for the math and English classes they will take in high school and college beyond. \nYou will leave camp feeling so proud and so good about yourself and your ability to conquer the test. Consider this: last summer (2021), over 40% of our students scored over 1500 or higher. I can’t wait to see your end-ofsummer scores! \nHere’s the best summer ever! \nKindest Regards, \nAlison Koo \nDirector, INTO PREP [alison@intoprep.net](alison@intoprep.net) \n~~ ~~ [welcome@intoprep.net | www.intoprep.net](welcome@intoprep.net | www.intoprep.net) ~~ ~~ \nPolicies \nINTO PREP \nMandatory Attendance \nStudents must attend all classes. Only two excused absences are permitted. \nHomework \nThree types ofHomework: \n Offline homework \n Online homework: Students must submit online homework (due by 11:59 PM on the day before class) through INTO-Web. Students are expected to complete 80% of the homework with ascore that is at least 50 points higher than the cutoff score of the class level that the Student placed into. \n Wrong Answer review: Students must review the problems they missed and complete individual analysis of missed questions in their Wrong Answer Notebook, which is provided by INTO PREP. \nScore Guarantee \nINTO PREP guarantees a 270-point increase or a minimum score of 1500 on the SAT, whichever is lower, or a 6-point increase or a minimum score of 33 on the ACT, whichever is lower. The starting score will be determined by either the placement score or the official 2021 PSAT score, whichever is lower. \nTo secure this score guarantee, the student must do the following: \n Attendance: Attend all classes (2 excused absences permitted) \n Homework: Complete all homework assignments, with 80% of assignments completed at ascore that is 50 points higher than the cut-off score of the class level. \n Immediacy: Register and take the August SAT exam \nIf the guaranteed score or point increase is not achieved, then the student will be ofered extra classes tuition-free until the next College Board exam (October, November, or December test of the same year","cbCaiuHeTp1uPrSC","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiuHeTp1uPrSC","pdf",1315200,15,"English","# Overview: Director’s Letter\n# Policies: Mandatory Attendance and Homework\n## Score Guarantee\n# Getting to UPenn\n# Check-In on the First Day\n# Faculty and Staff","[{\"question\":\"What are the mandatory attendance requirements for the camp classes?\",\"answer\":\"Students must attend all classes, and only two excused absences are permitted.\"},{\"question\":\"What types of homework are required, and when is online homework due?\",\"answer\":\"The handbook lists offline homework, online homework submitted through INTO-Web (due by 11:59 PM the day before class), and wrong-answer review with individual analysis in a Wrong Answer Notebook.\"},{\"question\":\"How does the SAT/ACT score guarantee work and what must students do to qualify?\",\"answer\":\"The program guarantees a specified point increase or a minimum score, whichever is lower.
