These slides/video explain how to select codes. \nCarrying forward coursework marks from a previous exam series \nStudents may carry forward coursework marks/SLE grades from a previous exam series using the appropriate entry codes in the Information Manual. If a mark/grade is being carried forward, \nthere is no requirement to re-enter the mark/grade on Edexcel Online or the student’s work/recording in the sample. We will access the grade from your previous submission. \nEnglish Language A and English literature coursework \nWhere are the mark schemes for the coursework? \nIn the specifications. \nEnglish Language A, issue 7: p. 19-22. This requirement is to enable candidates to request a review of the \ncentre’s marking prior to the marks being submitted to Pearson, should they wish to do so. \nPlease see the JCQ guidance. \nDo I need to carry out internal standardisation? \nIn large centres with multiple teachers, it's essential that you carry out internal moderation before you finalise the coursework marks. You should sample double-mark, selecting mark points within the same level from different teaching sets. The double marking should continue until you are satisfied that you have achieved comparability. \nPlease see this guidance on avoiding common pitfalls. \nSmall schools with only one teacher need not carry out internal standardisation. It is helpful to upload a covering note to the LWT with your sample explaining that you are in this situation. \nHow should I annotate the work? \nIt's important that you annotate the course","cbCaikx0JFlaKFo2","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaikx0JFlaKFo2","pdf",383213,"English","# Submissions covered\n## International GCSE English Language A and SLE\n## International GCSE English Language B and SLE\n## International GCSE English Literature\n# Coursework mark submission and moderation samples\n## Centre marks timing and LWT access\n## Moderation sample deadlines\n# SLE sample selection and upload\n## Selecting samples with “manage learners”\n## SLE deadlines and LWT timelines\n# Entry codes and carrying forward marks\n## Using appropriate entry codes from the Information Manual\n# Marking process and moderator-facing documentation\n## Mark schemes and issue/page references\n## Authentication sheets requirements\n## Informing candidates of centre-assessed marks\n## Internal standardisation and avoiding pitfalls\n## Annotating work for moderators\n# Submitting marks and access requirements\n## Edexcel Online requirements for entering marks\n## Administration materials overview for moderators\n# Assessment approach and reporting rules\n## Grade boundaries and notional/actual boundaries\n## Using zero and X for candidates","[{\"question\":\"How do centres submit coursework marks for International GCSE English Language A and English Literature?\",\"answer\":\"Centres submit coursework marks on Edexcel Online after making the required entries by the stated March deadline.
