As we reflect on the 2024-2025 academic year we acknowledge that the series of events which occurred during this period were historically unprecedented. It was a year of political transitions and transformations, effects of which were felt at home and abroad. In light of both domestic and international de-stabilization and ongoing humanitarian crises the future appears increasingly despairing.  \nAmidst this backdrop, Inter-Text has attempted to serve as a place of solace by providing a platform for students of Lake Forest College to advocate for issues dear to them.
