They welcomed the focus on faster and better job creation in higher-productivity sectors, and emphasized the interlinkages to SOE reform, creating more and better jobs through the private sector and the informal economy and through that increasing domestic resource mobilization. They stressed the need to strengthen human capital including through targeted investments in primary health care and welcomed the framework’s attention to women’s labor force participation as a critical driver of growth. Directors also encouraged continued emphasis on resilient infrastructure, energy transition, and digital connectivity as a means for the creation of more and better jobs and for reaching gender inclusion in the economy.  \nDirectors welcomed the CPF’s emphasis on natural capital, including improved agricultural productivity and job creation in the nature economy, and asked for the incorporation of lessons from the recent IEG review.  \nThey encouraged the WBG to continue close collaboration with development partners. They also stressed on the need to maintain continued close engagement with the government to sustain reform implementation, strengthen institutional capacity, particularly at sub-national level, and explore co-investment platforms.
