obtain an A+,a bar hedescribed as unreasonably high.  \nSurain also said the commu-nity's request to increase matric-ulation slots for Indian studentsto 2,500 without encroaching onother quotas was modest and tar-geted.  \nIn response,Fadhlina reaf-firmed the government's com-mitment to automatically offer.matriculation places to studentswho scored straight As in theirSPM examinations,regardless
