Ensure that s/he has duly illed in the pre-printed Application Form available at ALC carefully and completely,signed the declaration and submitted to the ALC along with the prescribed fees before the due date.Anincomplete application shall not be accepted.  \n3.   Attach a true copy of ID and Addressas proof of identity including her/his name,photograph and signatureand submit a signed photocopy of the same along with the applicationform.  \n4.   Should provide valid Aadhaar Number while filling the Application form.Also,Learner should fill both sides ofthe form and duly signed on both sides of Application form.If the Applicant is minor,then Learner's Parent orGuardian should also sign on both sides of the Application form along withApplicant.  \n5.   School or College ID card or PAN card or Voter's ID card or Driving License or Passport or Government's IDcard is also accepted as ID proof.  \n6.  Study material shall be issued to the confirmed learner(Fee is paid by learner and is received by MKCL)forMS-CIT Course.Study material is available in three languages i.e.,English,Marathi and Hindi.  \n7.   Course Duration will be 2 Months by default but depending upon the situation it may vary from either sidefor the MS-CIT Course with classroom and practical session on regularbasis.  \n8.   Fingerprint data will be captured through Biometric device at the time of admission forfurther usage.  \n9.  Admission Modes:Learner has to contact ALC to select the appropriate admission mode.In normalcircumstances,once mode is selected then it will not be changed.In case of any emergency,Learner has touse the appropriate mode communicated from time totime.  \n10.
