Until July 2027, the Court will continue to administer the existing version of the UBE.  \nOn August 28, 2025, the Court adopted changes to Rules 34, 35, and 37 of the Arizona Rules of the Supreme Court, effective January 1 , 2026, recognizing a broader definition of “Bar Exam” to encompass any test of minimum competency accepted by this Court (No. 2025-0024). To implement the NEXTGEN UBE and satisfy the Court’s obligations under amended Rule 35(b), it is necessary to establish the identity, source, content, and scope of the Bar Exam, as such term is defined in Rule 35(a)(1) .  \nTherefore, pursuant to Article 6, Section 3, Constitution of Arizona,  \nIT IS ORDERED adopting the identity, source, content, and scope of the Bar Exam set forth in Attachment A effective March 1, 2027.  \nDated this 16th day of December, 2025.  \nFOR THE COURT:  \nANN A.
