The visitors brought decorated mats and baskets to trade for essential garden crops like yams, taro, and bananas, which were scarce on their dry island. Seeking refuge from the intense sun, they rested at the base of a cliff, where they observed swallows entering a hole in the rock. These birds, upon exiting, dripped water onto the people below, sparking their curiosity. They informed the people of Siviri about their observation. Upon investigation, the combined groups discovered a large stone obstructing an opening in the cliff. After considerable effort, they managed to roll the stone away, revealing a cave containing a spring of fresh water. This story highlights resourcefulness and observation leading to the discovery of a vital water source.","How the Valeva Cave was Found \nEnglish \n1 \nA long time ago, even before your grandparent’s time, the people of Mataso came across the water to visit the people of Siviri. \n2 \nThey brought with them all sorts of mats and baskets, large and small, decorated with feathers . \n3 \nThey came to exchange them for yams, taro and bananas and all kinds of garden crops that they could not grow on their island because it was so dry. \n4 \nThe sun was very hot when they came ashore so they rested for awhile in the shade of a tree atthe foot of the cliff. \n5 \nAs they were sitting there, they saw swallows flying into a hole in the rock above them. \n6 \nWhen the birds flew out, drops of water fell on to the people below. \n7 \nSo the people of Mataso told the people of Siviri what they had seen . \n8 \nThe people came to have a good look around, and they found a large stone covering an opening in the rock. \n9 \nWhen they rolled the stone away they found a cave with a spring of water in it.","cbCaihAuo5XsCSuL","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaihAuo5XsCSuL","pdf",2618306,6,23,"English","en",105,"# The Discovery of Valeva Cave\n## The People of Mataso Visit Siviri\n## The Observation of the
