Our nine brunches finished up this past Saturday. To all who took advantage of those Saturday mornings, we loved serving you. Our great staff did an amazing job on those well attended days. \nWe are the oldest aged county in Wyoming per capita. Recently we’ve had many questions regarding Advance Directive forms, Wills/estate planning, burial/direct cremation, End of Life POLST forms and more. We were asked to put something in our newsletter regarding the same. Please know and consider the following: \nFIRST AND FOREMOST, WE ARE NOT ATTORNEYS. WE DO NOT, CANNOT AND WILL NOT GIVE LEGAL ADVICE. We do not recommend one professional over any other. (It is your responsibility to check references. Do your due diligence. Asking your peers is one way to find good lawyers, doctors and other professionals when necessary) \nWe’ve seen many things and situations recently that could have been avoided with minimal planning. If you have not made end of life decisions or plans, if you do not have a will, if you have no one on your accounts/property, PLEASE PLAN! Please don’t leave a mess for your family members/ executor/personal representative to have to deal with. Please let those responsible know what your wishes are and make the arrangements necessary so they can carry out your wishes the best possible way. They should be able to grieve without hurdles and misunderstandings that can be avoided. \nWe DO HELP with forms assistance: Things such as Advance Directives, applications for Social Security Disability, SSI, Medicare, Medicaid, VA. PLEASE PLAN! \nPhotos with Santa and Mrs. Clause are here. Your first print is free. Additional prints are $1. \nRural Veterans Transportation Program - Needs are increasing as our veterans age. We could use more volunteer drivers as transportation needs grow. Please ask in the office. \nOur public transportation is a suggested donation of $2/ride one way. Open to the community not only seniors. \nNon-senior guests pay a minimal cost for activities that our grants won’t pay for (art supplies is one example) . It is fine for non-seniors to be a guest of a senior (60 and over) for a lunch with proper paperwork. The cost per non-senior meal is $9. Please pay in the office. \nAnyone may attend our events and activities. When space is limited preference of course is given to seniors 60 and over. Our fundraisers, motorcoach trips, bus trips for dinner, Saturday night bingo are open to the public. \nWall of Valor-Please bring your military picture. Don’t worry if yours is not the correct size or any other concern. We’ll make the copy, do the resizing if necessary and touch up anything e can. We also provide the frame. We now have 110 wonderful photographs and know we have not reached everyone w","cbCaiiy7G56eJ3aU","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiiy7G56eJ3aU","pdf",4655938,16,"English","# -Notes from the Director-\n## Word Search\n## Bingo and Weekly Activities\n## Social Security Kiosk\n## Photos with Santa\n## Rural Veterans Transportation Program\n## Public Transportation and Guest Fees\n## Wall of Valor\n## Upcoming Events\n## March Birthdays\n## Thanks To All Our Volunteers\n## Delivering Meals\n## Volunteer Drivers\n## Volunteer Around the Center","[{\"question\":\"What guidance does the director provide about advance directives and end-of-life planning?\",\"answer\":\"The director urges seniors to plan ahead and consider advance directive forms, wills/estate planning, burial/direct cremation, and POLST forms.
