Tetracycline quenches the fluorescence and induces a visually observable color change captured by a smartphone, with RGB-based image analysis. The method shows linearity from 0.8–400 µM (R2=0.9963), a detection limit of 120 nM, and acceptable repeatability (RSD\u003C2.9%) for real samples.
