community,was pub-lished by Macmillan in 1999.A collection of his short fiction,Berkeley's Telephone,appeared from Lilliput Press in 2000.Hisprevious collection of poems,Secular Eden:Paris Notebooks1994-2004,was published by Wake Forest University Press in2007 and won the Irish Times Poetry Now Award.His latesttitles are The Winter Sleep of Captain Lemass(2012),shortlistedfor the Irish Times Poetry Now Award,The Holding Centre:Selected Poems 1974-2004(2014),Portobello Sonnets(2017)andHerod's Dispensations(2019),all published by Bloodaxe Booksin Britain and Ireland and by Wake Forest
