Graduates are awarded either a Master of Marine Science degree or a Master of Engineering degree from TUMSAT.  \n≪Security export control≫  \nTokyo University of Marine Science and Technology (TUMSAT) has established the \"TUMSAT's Security Export Control Regulations (SECR)\" in accordance with the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act of Japan. The SECR has a strict screening process for accepting international students, especially regarding the transfer of technology and export of goods.  \nSuppose your intended research or educational activities involve regulated technologies or items under the Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act of Japan. In that case, there maybe restrictions on your studies or research. In some cases, you may not be able to participate in specific programs.  \nBefore submitting your application, please consult with your proposed supervisor to confirm whether you can conduct your desired research under the SECR.
