When Ordinary primers Are Not Enough!  \nXIM Water Based, GON-2O Prepaint Prep and Cleaner  \nProduct Preparation: XIM’s GON-2O is ready to apply from the container. No thinning is required. If thinning is desired, however, it can be diluted with water. Shake before using Note: Keep the containers tightly closed when not in use. Store at room temperature.  \nSurface Cleaning: Careful surface preparation and cleaning is the key to a good result. To be sure that the surface is thoroughly clean and free from all grease, wax, oil, polish, loose paint and dirt or rust, wipe down the surface with GON-2O Prep Cleaner. Do not use mineral spirits, turpentine solvents or cleaners that will leave oily residues.  \nHow to Apply: XIM’s GON-2O is easy to apply and use. Apply from the can to a clean cloth or wiper and wipe onto the surface to be cleaned. Turn the wiper over or use another cloth to “wipe off” the GON-2O and the contamination. The GON-2O can also be “squirted” onto the surface using a squirt bottle. Follow with a wiping of the surface to loosen the contamination, then “wipe off” the GON-2O and the contamination. The GON-2O uses strong alkaline detergents and additives for cleaning the toughest soils and contamination. After the dirt, grease oil or other contamination has been wiped off, wipe the surface thoroughly with a clean damp wiper to remove any excess detergent or contamination from the micro pours in the surface. Where contamination is heavy, several cleanings may be required.
