It highlights how Jesus' words profoundly influenced people's behavior and their interactions with others. The text elaborates on several key principles: go above and beyond what is asked, respond to unkindness with calmness rather than aggression, be generous without expectation of return, always speak truthfully to build trust, and fundamentally, treat others as you wish to be treated. The document emphasizes Jesus' inclusive compassion, showing kindness and respect to all individuals regardless of age, wealth, health, or background. The overarching message is an encouragement to emulate Jesus' example of treating everyone with kindness and respect. The publication details include authorship by Jill Kemp, illustrations by Richard Gunther, and English narration by Tait Furlong. It is noted as a Bloom book, with layout by SIL-PNG Education for Life, originating from Papua New Guinea. The content is presented in English and is targeted at readers seeking to understand and apply foundational principles of ethical behavior and interpersonal relationships derived from religious teachings.","Golden Rules-Sermon on the Mount \nEnglish \n1 \nCrowds of people followed Jesus because they loved to listen to the stories He told them. His words changed the way they treated others. \n2 \nJesus sat down on the Mount of Olives and talked to the people about good rules to live by and ways to treat other people. These are sometimes called the Golden Rules. \n3 \nJesus said, \"If somebody asks you to go one mile, go two.\" \nThis means if somebody asks you to do something, do more than they ask! \n4 \nWhen people are unkind and treat you badly, don't be nasty back. Use calm words, not fists. That is the best way to settle arguments. \n5 \nBe generous towards others and give them more than they ask for, without expecting them to pay you back. \n6 \nAlways tell the truth even if you think you might get into trouble. Then people will soon know that they can trust you. \n7 \nTreat other people the way you would like them to treat you. Help others even when you don't have to, just like Jesus did. \n8 \nJesus treated everyone with kindness and respect, old or young, rich or poor, sick orwell, and people of all different cultures. \nI want to be like Jesus too. \nGolden Rules-Sermon on the Mount \nWritten by Jill Kemp Illustrated by Richard Gunther English narration by Tait Furlong \nBloom book layout by SIL-PNG Education for Life \nEnglish \nPapua New Guinea","cbCaihom1Oy1crm3","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaihom1Oy1crm3","pdf",956623,1,14,"English","en",105,"# Golden Rules -
