It is strongly recommended that all Genos Surveys System users download the User Guide from the first page of the system presented after login – that comprehensive guide provides a detailed overview of all of the key features of the system.  \nTo set up a new assessment quickly and easily:  \n1. Login to your Genos Surveys System at [http://genossurveys.com](http://genossurveys.com using the)[ using the](http://genossurveys.com using the) email and password you used to establish your Administrator account  \n2. Click upon the Groups menu option  \nNote: ‘Group’ is the name Genos give to a project where you’re assessing one or more people”. To assess a single individual in the system you set up a group and enter that individual into it; to assess 1000 people in the system you set up a Group and put those candidates into. Think of the group as afolder for an assessment project”.  \n3. Click on the ‘New Group’ button on the Groups page  \n4. On the ‘New Group’ page click on ‘Continue’ if the Client name displayed is the correct ‘owner’ of this group. If not, select the correct client ‘owner’ from the dropdown list (this is only relevant where you have multiple accounts – for different regions etc.)  \n5. On the ‘Select Product’ screen click on the required assessment and click ‘Continue’. Your account may have anything from a single product like Selection through to ten or twelve other products.  \n6. On the ‘Group Details’ screen:  \na. Enter a meaningful Group name – use a name that will later help you easily identify this specific Group should you have a large number of Groups. When naming Groups think of them as folders for assessment projects and name them for easy identification.  \nb. If you’d like the Group to be assessed immediately then leave the ‘Start Date’ option as is. If you want to set up the group to start at a specified future date them click upon the ‘Immediately’ label to change that setting to ‘Later’ and use the calendar to select the future start date for the Group.  \nc. Select the ‘End Date’ for the Group – the date at which the system will mark it ‘Complete’ regardless of whom has completed or not. By default this is set about seven days in the future for the Selection product and longer for development project – use the calendar to select your desired end date if you wish to change this.  \nd. By default all email invitations are sent referencing the email address you have set up in your Administrator account – if you want to use a different email address, click on ‘Use Single Email Address’button to change it to ‘Yes’ and enter the desired email address. Otherwise leave this setting as is  \ne. Genos Surveys Systems uses an ‘electronic currency’ to manage charging for assessments in the system  \n– this currency is called ‘Tokens’. [e.g. it](e.g. it) requires six tokens to run a candidate through a Selection assessment. By default the system will charge the tokens for your new group to the entity presented under ‘Client Supplying Tokens’.  \nIf you have multiple Client accounts (different regions etc) then there will be more than one Client listed in the dropdown list here. Select the Client who should effectively pay for this assessment group.  \nf.
