No registration possible for people under 18 years old.  \n• Before your enrollment, check that you meet all the necessary requirements to attend our courses (for example a problem with your visa or your resident card) . EUR ELMI andAlliance Française Nice Côte d’Azur will not be responsible in case of the non-issuing of these documents. The enrollment to the Summer School implies the acceptance of these terms and general conditions for the enrollment. In case of a dispute, only the court of Nice will be competent.  \n• On the first day, the students must bring a photo (ID standard) and an Identity Card (ID, resident card, or passport with a visa covering the period of your studies) .  \n•  Payment   \n• As indicated on the EUR ELMI invoice, the total amount must be paid by bank transfer to Université Côte d’Azur before the June 1st, 2026.  \nOtherwise, the reservation will be cancelled. WARNING: Transfer bank fees are the student’s responsibility!  \n• To benefit from the Early Bird price, proof of payment must be submitted by January 31, 2026.  \n• Any student, who has obtained an entry visa to the French territory, is required to attend the courses.  \n• In case of refusal of the visa, the reimbursement of fees will not be applied.  \n• Any course started is due for the duration planned by the student at the time of registration. The legal period of vacation will not be reduced from the initial price.  \nHOUSING  \n• A regular control of the rooms will be put in place. In case of material damage, you will be charged for the cost of repairs. .  \n• The registration fee covers accommodation from July 4th 2026 to July 28th 2026.  \n• Any additional night for an early arrival (night from July 3rd to July 4th 2026) and/or a delayed departure (night from July 28 to July 29th 2026 and/or night from July 29th to July 30th 2026) will incur an extra charge of €100 per night per person.  \n• One room will be assigned per student. It will not be possible to change the room during the stay.  \n• The residence may be different from the one indicated on the invitations and registration certificates.  \nTRANSFER  \n• The transfer system is only guaranteed from the Airport of Nice to the residence and from the residence to the Airport of Nice.  \n• To ensure the efficiency of the airport transfers (made by minibus or bus), students must come in groups between 10 am and 6 pm. Incase of arrival out of these time slots, an additional fee may be added.  \nCANCELLATION / REFUND (registration– accommodation)  \n• Refund request: Any withdrawal by you will not result in a refund. Any paid registration will not be refunded for any reason. Once the internship has begun, and in case of absence to one or more conferences or activities, no postponement or refund can be accepted for any reason whatsoever. No refund will be made.
