Students can collect their results from the hall from 9:00am. Entrance will be via the doors next to the hall. Breakfast and refreshments will be provided to parents/carers and students during the morning. \nWe can only release results to students themselves. If your child is unable to attend, they will need to email Mr Ralph at [aralph@leftwichhigh.com](aralph@leftwichhigh.com) for further guidance. \nIf students have any concerns or questions about their results, staff will be available to provide assistance. \nWe hope you will be able to join us, with your child, on this important day. \nCollege guidance – What to do when you receive your GCSE results \nSir John Deane’s College \n1. GCSE Results Day \nStep one of enrolment involves you securing your place at Sir John Deane’s College. \nOn GCSE results day, Thursday 21st August, you must email your GCSE results to the college no later than 1.00pm. This should be an official document with your name and have the school's name or logo clearly visible e.g. a PDF, a scan or a clear photograph of your results slip taken on your phone. If we don’t receive your results by this time, your place at the college will be at risk. \nYou will receive an email on Tuesday 19th August with clear instructions and an email address to submit your results. \nHeadteacher Mr R Warburton BA (Hons), PGCE \n2. Your Enrolment Appointment \nStep two of enrolment will take place after GCSE results day. We enrol over a three-day period so that all families have the time and space to comfortably consider options. You will be given a faceto-face enrolment appointment on one of the following days: \n· Tuesday 26th August / Wednesday 27th August / Thursday 28th August \nYou must be available to come into college on one of these dates to enrol in person. During your enrolment appointment, you will meet with teachers to discuss your subject choices and confirm a programme of study that will set you up for academic success. \nThree very important things you need for enrolment are: \n· £65 contribution fee which covers your two years at Sir John Deane’s (payable by cash or card) \n· Proof of identity (preferably your passport, alternatively your birth certificate) \n· If you received access arrangements at your previous school or have additional learning needs, please bring evidence that supports this to enrolment. You will have the opportunity to discuss your support needs. \nReaseheath College \nOn 21st July candidates will receive a letter and email with their enrolment appointment date and time, this will be on campus. \nWhat will happen during your enrolment appointment: \n1. Your Course Manager will check your results and confirm your place. \n2. You'll receive your induction timetable for the first week and find out whether your first day will be 3rd or 4th September. \n3. We’ll take your photo for your college ID card, so it’ll be ready for your first day as a student. \nHeadteacher Mr R Warburton BA (Hons), PGCE \n4.
