If arriving by car, please park in the Front Car Park. Please do not try to enter via, or park in, the Sports Centre Car Park.  \n• The collection point for results is the Learning Resource Centre. Staff will be around to direct you if needed.  \nIf your child cannot attend results day, they have two options to obtain a copy of their results:  \nOption 1 – Email receipt of results  \nYour child can receive an email at midday on 20th August, containing their results. If they wish to receive their results by email, they must email [linnettf@rs.rklt.co.uk](linnettf@rs.rklt.co.uk) from their Rossett School email account, stating that they wish to have their results sent to them electronically. The Exams Team will then send their results to their school email account on results day. This email request must be made by 14th August 2026 at the latest.  \nPrior to results day, it is important for students to check that they can receive emails to their school email account. Unfortunately), we cannot email results to parents’accounts or personal accounts.  \nOption 2 – Collection by a parent or carer  \nIf your child cannot attend but is happy for a family member to collect their results on their behalf, they must complete the attached form explaining they are happy for the nominated family member to collect their results. This note must be signed by the student and be brought to the results day. In addition, the person collecting the results on their behalf must bring photographic ID.  \nAny remaining results slips that are not collected on the day will be posted to the student’s address and are likely to arrive several days after the official release of the results.  \nSupport on the day for Year 11:  \nThe Senior Leadership Team will be available to support your child before, during and after receiving their results. There will also be some teachers and other pastoral staff around in the morning if you have any questions or need any further support or guidance.  \nInside the results envelope, there will be details of post-results services, for example, how to request a review of marking and the associated costs. We can discuss financial support for marking reviews for students who are in receipt of free school meals, please speak to Mrs Grimshaw if this is the case.  \nIf your child has applied to the Sixth Form at Harrogate Grammar School, you will have already received instructions on how to upload your child’s results on the day to Applicaa. This must be done by 1pm. Following this, you will be contacted by a member of the HGS Sixth Form team to discuss final coursing arrangements.
