Then this is the course for you!  \nKey strengths required for this subject: Regularly playing a variety of sports; interested in applying theoretical knowledge into a practical setting  \n.  \nAssessment Methods  \nTheory Paper 1 (36%): Fitness & Body Systems, 1 hour 30 minutes.  \nApplied anatomy, physical physiology, movement analysis, and physical training.  \nTheory Paper 2 (24%): Health & Performance, 1 hour 15 minutes. Health, fitness, wellbeing, sport psychology, and sociocultural influences. Practical Component 30%: Assessment in three different sports, one of which must be a team game [e.g. football](e.g. football), netball, and one must be an individual s port e.g. badminton, athletics. Performance and Leadership in Sports Activities: Coursework (40%) includingthe main practical component. Develop your skills both as a performer in two different sporting activities, and as a leader, developing a range of transferable  skills.
