Whether you’re looking to enhance your career prospects, continue your education, or develop key problem-solving skills, this course will provide you with the essential knowledge and understanding required for success.  \nOnce you have signed up for the course, you will be expected to attend weekly evening classes where you will explore a wide range of topics, preparing you for two final exams at the end of May and early June. Regular attendance and engagement are crucial to achieving the best results.  \nThroughout the course, your mathematical skills will be developed and assessed through mock exams, regular practice tasks, and interactive problem-solving sessions. An increasing number of universities and courses require a B grade as part of their entry requirements.  \nCourse Modules  \nThis course will cover:  \n– Understanding and applying fractions, percentages, and ratios in practical contexts.  \n– Developing skills to solve equations and interpret sequences and graphs.  \n– Learning how to work with shapes, angles, areas and volumes.  \n– Gaining the ability to analyse data, calculate probabilities, and interpret statistical diagrams.  \n– Enhancing your ability to approach unfamiliar problems, break them down logically, and find solutions.  \nAssessment  \nExaminations  \nThere are two examinations which take place in May and June.
