It requires the head of centre to certify that all registered candidates have completed the mandatory Spoken Language requirements and that the submitted samples accurately represent the centre's diverse teaching groups. The form must be completed with the centre's details, exam series, and the signature of the head teacher or principal. It functions as a critical compliance verification tool for educational institutions submitting recordings to assessment monitors. Adherence to this protocol ensures academic integrity and standardized administrative reporting within the Pearson examination framework.",{"@graph":69,"@context":122},[70,84,105],{"@type":71,"itemListElement":72},"BreadcrumbList",[73,77,79,82],{"item":74,"name":75,"@type":76,"position":8},"https://docshare.wps.com","Home","ListItem",{"item":78,"name":9,"@type":76,"position":14},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/",{"item":80,"name":20,"@type":76,"position":81},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/exam/",3,{"item":83,"name":65,"@type":76,"position":19},"https://docshare.wps.com/document/gcse-english-spoken-language-endorsement-head-of-centre-declaration/624020/",{"url":83,"name":65,"@type":85,"image":86,"author":91,"headline":65,"publisher":94,"fileFormat":97,"inLanguage":63,"description":67,"dateModified":98,"datePublished":99,"encodingFormat":97,"isAccessibleForFree":100,"interactionStatistic":101},"DigitalDocument",{"url":87,"@type":88,"width":89,"height":90},"https://docshare.wps.com/thumbnails/gcse-english-spoken-language-endorsement-head-of-centre-declaration/624020.png","ImageObject",300,407,{"name":92,"@type":93},"Mafia Boss","Person",{"url":74,"name":95,"@type":96},"DocShare","Organization","application/pdf","2026-11-03","2026-10-20",true,{"@type":102,"interactionType":103,"userInteractionCount":34},"InteractionCounter",{"@type":104},"ViewAction",{"@type":106,"mainEntity":107},"FAQPage",[108,114,118],{"name":109,"@type":110,"acceptedAnswer":111},"Who is responsible for signing this declaration?","Question",{"text":112,"@type":113},"The declaration must be signed by the Head of Centre, who is typically the head teacher or principal of the institution.","Answer",{"name":115,"@type":110,"acceptedAnswer":116},"What is the purpose of this form?",{"text":117,"@type":113},"This form confirms that all candidates entered for the GCSE English Language (9-1) qualification have completed the Spoken Language endorsement and that the samples provided are representative of the centre's student body.",{"name":119,"@type":110,"acceptedAnswer":120},"What should be done with the completed form?",{"text":121,"@type":113},"The form must be included with the sample recordings when sending them to the monitor, and a copy should be retained by the centre for their own records.","https://schema.org",{"og:url":83,"og:type":124,"og:title":65,"og:site_name":95,"og:description":67},"article",{"robots":126,"canonical":83},"index,follow",{"doc_id":128,"site_id":62},624020,1792667576,{"code":4,"msg":5,"data":131},{"doc_id":128,"user_id":132,"nickname":92,"user_avatar":133,"doc_module":4,"category_id":19,"category_name":20,"doc_title":65,"doc_description":67,"doc_content":134,"file_id":135,"file_url":136,"file_type":137,"file_size":138,"view_count":34,"is_deleted":4,"is_public":8,"is_downloadable":8,"audit_status":8,"page_count":8,"language":139,"language_code":63,"site_id":62,"html_lang":63,"table_of_contents":140,"faqs":141,"seo_title":142,"seo_description":67,"update_tm":143,"read_time":81},962090760730,"https://ap-avatar.wpscdn.com/davatar_9964176cb1d06d4a9deccf72a44ae3dc","| GCSE English Spoken Language endorsement GCSE English Language (9-1) | |\n| --- | --- |\n| Head of centre declaration | |\n| Centre name: | Centre number: |\n| Exams series and year (e.g. November 2017, May/June 2018) : | |\n| Name of Head of centre (please print in block capitals)* : | |\n| Declaration:\u003Cbr>I hereby confirm that reasonable steps have been taken to ensure that all candidates entered for GCSE English Language (9-1) have undertaken the Spoken Language endorsement.\u003Cbr>I hereby confirm that the sample is representative of the various teaching groups within our centre .\u003Cbr>Signature of head of centre:\u003Cbr>Date: | |\n\n*The head of centre is usually the head teacher or principal. \nPlease include this form with the sample of recordings that you are sending to your monitor, and retain a copy for your own records.","cbCainJ1qxl9IpCB","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCainJ1qxl9IpCB","pdf",31953,"English","# Head of Centre Declaration\n## Compliance and Certification\n## Submission Instructions","[{\"question\":\"Who is responsible for signing this declaration?\",\"answer\":\"The declaration must be signed by the Head of Centre, who is typically the head teacher or principal of the institution.\"},{\"question\":\"What is the purpose of this form?\",\"answer\":\"This form confirms that all candidates entered for the GCSE English Language (9-1) qualification have completed the Spoken Language endorsement and that the samples provided are representative of the centre's student body.\"},{\"question\":\"What should be done with the completed form?\",\"answer\":\"The form must be included with the sample recordings when sending them to the monitor, and a copy should be retained by the centre for their own records.\"}]","GCSE English Spoken Language Endorsement - Head of Centre Declaration | PDF",1792472744]
