Updated estimates apply to negotiations invited from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026.","Public Disclosure Authorized Public Disclosure Authorized  \nMay 27, 2025  \nFY26 Per Capita Income Guidelines for Operational Purposes  \nThe per capita Gross National Income (GNI) guidelines covering the Civil Works Preference, IDA Eligibility, IBRD Terms, and the initiation of IBRD graduation process are updated every year, based on the annual rate of change of the SDR deflator [see President’s Memorandum to the Executive Directors dated September 27, 1983 (SecM83- 924)].
