Within 90 days of the application Deadline, December 14, 2020.  \n4. Our local community college said that our students, in order to partner, were going to have tobe enrolled in ENG 131 and 132. However, ISBE keeps talking about targeting Special education students as well. Our Spec Ed students will never qualify to take 131 and 132. How are we going to meet a non-traditional pathway or be able to include those students? At this time, specific guidance on how to develop the grant application cannot be given. However, this grant can allow for stipends for tutoring or extra supports for special populations.  \n5. Can the funds be used to pay salary and benefits for an Education Pathways instructor at a highschool or career center? No. Salaries are not allowed to be paid, only stipends  \n6.
