Rafael,California.  \nParticularly galling to U.S.Communist Party leaders is abi-annual report of the California State Senate SubversiveActivities Committee.This report states that Communistsquietly have infiltrated New Left organizations,especially theBlack Panthers.The Communists sit safely behind the scenesas advisors,the report states,letting the militants do theviolent work.  \nAll of these straws in the wind point to a trend thatCommunists don't like.Never people to take an adverse trendgracefully,they have decided on fight plans that will heightenblack-white,poor-rich,peace-war,and
