(3 pages max) \nDescription: The QBCU certification program will help educators effectively teach and validate QuickBooks accounting skills while providing students with credentials that demonstrate realworld abilities to prospective employers. \nBy certifying one’s skills, individuals can validate their technical abilities and demonstrate marketable skills that speak to employers. The exam objectives reflect an easy-to-understand platform for students to grasp accounting concepts while honing skills in the most prevalent bookkeeping application in small business today. \nIn educational settings, industry-recognized certification programs ensure students and teachers are acquiring the knowledge and skills valued in today’s workplace. For institutions seeking to keep curriculum vitalized and relevant, certification plays a critical role in bridging classroom learning to real-world application. \nAdministration: QBCU Certification exams are delivered through Certiport Authorized Testing Centers (CATC) . Schools may become a CATC at no charge, however, they must download and install Certiport testing software to administer exams. QBCU Certification must be proctored to ensure the highest standards of testing integrity. Teachers and test administrators may become proctors at no cost. \nScoring: Each QBCU exam is scored by a computer scoring algorithm to produce consistent, valid and reliable results without bias. These results are available to the student and test administrator with scoring detail for each exam objective. Please see Appendix B: QBCU Sample Score Reports. \nPlease provide an overview of the student-level growth model or target setting model for SLOs for districts and BOCES, along with how student-level growth scores are aggregated to the create teacher-level scores, and how those teacher-level scores are conv","cbCaiij1csRq0Nrp","https://ap.wps.com/l/cbCaiij1csRq0Nrp","pdf",308906,"English","# Assessment Provider Information\n## Assessment Details and Eligibility\n## Technology Requirements\n# Districts and BOCES Overview\n## Assessment Description and Administration\n## Score Reporting and Support\n# Student-Level Growth / Target Setting Model for SLOs\n## Pretest, Post-test, and Growth Measurement\n## Certification Exam and Passing-Rate Calculation\n## Teacher Combined Score and 0-20 HEDI Conversion\n# HEDI Ratings and Score Ranges","[{\"question\":\"What assessment is being summarized in Form C?\",\"answer\":\"The form summarizes the Certiport QuickBooks Certified User Exams, listed as “Quickbooks Certified User Exams,” for use with student learning objectives and a target setting model.\"},{\"question\":\"How are teacher-level HEDI scores calculated from student results?\",\"answer\":\"The teacher’s combined score is computed as (% of Passing Students x % of Students who showed growth)/200, and then mapped onto the 20-point HEDI scale and rating ranges shown in the form.\"},{\"question\":\"What grade levels and subject area does the assessment support for a 0–20 APPR score?\",\"answer\":\"The form states grades 7–12 and the subject area “Bookkeeping and Accounting Basics” for generating a 0–20 APPR score.\"}]","FORM C - Publicly Available Services Summary | PDF",1790741158,15]
