Against this background, this note discusses priority areas for investment in the digital agenda, and the relevance of the public sector to develop and promote the digital agenda in Viet Nam.  \nThis note was prepared by the team working on and supporting the digital development agenda in Viet Nam, including Huong Thi Lan Tran, Bertram Boie, Rong Chen, Thai Quoc Ngo, Phuong Thanh Do, and Chian Vern Wong. Thomas Chalumeau, Yan Liu, He Wang, Sara Ballan, Devvart Poddar, Ambrose Wong, and Ferdinand Martin Philip van Ingen provided valuable reviews and inputs on the latest global practices.
