How Interest Rates Market drives forex market \n2. Relationship between bond prices and interest rates \n3. Smart money footprints in interest rates market. \n4. Interest rates market analysis \n5. How to use interest rates market in forex trading \nAm starting with number 1. Am going to cover one after another. Now stay tuned for number 1 \nFibs,[31.05.20 16:09] \n1. How interest rates market drives forex market: \n(A) Definition of the interest rates \nInterest rate is the cost for borrowing money for the person who is borrowing while it is the reward for the person who is lending his money. The person who is lending his money should be rewarded because he/she has sacrificed his/her money from doing other things and lending it. For the person who is borrowing, the interest rate is the price of using the money of another person for his/her benefit. Interest rate is established as % of the total amount of money borrowed usually paid per annum. \n(B) How interest rates affects the value of the currency? \nThe increase of the interest rates increases the value of the currency. Why? \nThis is because more investors will demand more this currency so that they can lend/invest to other people and earn that higher interest rates. For example let’s assume the USA has increased its interest rates from 1% to 1.5%, this will attract more investors from all over the world to buy more USD so that they can invest to this currency so as to earn that increase of the interest rates. This means that if at the previous days if investor lends money he would only get 1% return of his/her total money that he lend but now he/she is getting the return of 1.5% of what he/She is lending. This will lead to the demand of more USD that will lead to the increase value of the USD compared to other currencies. In short, the higher the demand of the currency the higher the value \n(C) How does this increase of the currency value will affect forex market? \nThis means now USD dollar will be stronger compared to EUR dollar that maybe its interest rate did not changed and hence its value did not changed neither. This will lead to the tank(sell off) of the EURUSD in forex market for the long time of period until when interest rates changed in future times. \n(D) What leads to the change in interest rates? \nEconomic macro factors such as inflations, war, pandemic diseases can influence governments to change interest rates. How? \n1 \nWell, for example when pandemic diseases like corona shut down the economy then the government can reduce interest rates so that more people can borrow more since the cost of borrowing (interest rates) will be low. This will increase the supply of the money in the economy since more people will borrow money and this will boost economic activities and create more employments. But don't forget this will reduce the demand of the currency since interest rates is low and this will undermine the value of the currency that will lead to poor performance of it in forex. For example if interest rate reduced was for USD dollar then this will lead to the bullish market in EURUSD in forex market \nEnd \nFibs,[31.05.20 17:57] \n2. Relationship between bond prices and the interest rates (A) What is the bond? \nBond is the certificate of borrowing issued by the governments or large companies to individuals to borrow money from them. For the sake of the subject only government bonds will be discussed here. \nThe government bonds are known as treasury bonds. When governments are suffering from the lack of enough funds to run their larger projects they normally go to the public to borrow money from them. After borrowing these money they have to pay fixed interests to their lenders. The bonds have a specific period of time before paying the whole amount of interest plus principle. If the period required to hold bond is ten year then this bond will be known as 10 year t-bond.
