The angel’s hair is worked in French Knots. Use 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori  \n7024. Tent stitch the face and hands with 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori 3021. Tent stitch the cheeks and nose with 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori 3013. Tent stitch the mouth with 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori 1117. Tent stitch the eyes with 3 plies of  \nKreinik Silk Mori 5097.  \n2. The wings are worked in the T stitch. Use 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 202HL.  \n3. Work the green collar in the Padded Satin stitch. Use 3 strands of Kreinik Silk Mori 4037 for the padding and the satin stitches.  \n4. The wreath is worked in the Alternating Smyrna Cross stitch. Stitch over the golden bow, remembering it’s placement. Use 2 or 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori 4037.  \n5. Work the body of the red dress in the hungarian stitch. Leave the dark lines that define the arms open. Use 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori  \n1117. Work the dress sleeves in the Horizontal Hungarian stitch and cover the dark lines that define the arms. Use 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori 1117.  \n6. The gold line at the hem is worked in the Oblique Slav stitch over two threads. Use 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 202HL. The red line directly under the gold band is worked in the Oblique Slave stitch over one thread. Use 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori 1117. Tent stitch the gold outline at the sides and bottom of the hemas well as the gold lines that separate the hem motifs. Use 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 202HL.  \n7. The motif located at the left side of the hem is worked in Satin stitch. Use 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori 5097 for the blue area, 1117 for the red area, and 4037 for the green area. Refer to the diagram for stitch direction.  \n8. The stars are worked in tent stitch. Use 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 202HL for the gold star, 033 for the blue star, and 003 for the red tent stitch background.  \n9. Tent stitch the red and white vertical stripes in the center motif. Alternate the stitch direction for each color. Use 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 100 for the white lines and 003 for the red lines. Work the six gold blocks in the Smyrna Cross stitch (refer to the diagram in step 4) . Use 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 202HL. Tent stitch the green area of the center motif with 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 009. Tent stitch the gold square outline in the blue area with 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 202HL. Tent stitch the blue area with 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 033.  \n10. The Christmas tree is worked in the Long and Short stitch. Use 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori 4037. Tent stitch the gold areas with 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 202HL. Work the red background in the Diagonal Mosaic stitch using 3 plies of Kreinik Silk Mori 1117.  \n11. The blue area of the right motif is worked in Diagonal Satin stitches (refer to the diagram in step  \n7) . The remainder of the motif is worked in Tent stitch. Use 1 strand of Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 202HL for the gold areas, 009 for the green area, 003 for the red areas, and 100 for the white areas.  \n12. Twist a cord with Kreinik Tapestry (\\#12) Braid 202HL. Couch the cord with 1 strand of Kreinik Japan \\#1 321J for the halo and the bow on the wreath.  \n13.
