contributing te Victory in their own way.  \nThe soldiers of the Soviet Arny in WWll eame from all reaches of the former Soviet Union:mainlandRussia,Ukraine,Belorussia,Siberia.They were Tatars,Uzbeks,Russians and-mostly unacknowl-edged until now-they were Jews.  \nIt is my honor to share with you and pay tribute here to the heroic efforts of these individuals -theover half-million Jewish soldiers of the Red Army who foucght,sacrificed and were ultimately victori-ous in their historic battle acainst Fascism.From the letters written long aco with much youngerhands,to the
