Please plan ahead accordingly. The phone number of SUU Specialized Testing for Mon or Fri testing is 435-865-8113.  \nAll students taking FAA Airman Knowledge Tests must  \nbring current and valid identification. Identification must include the following:  \n􀁸 Photo  \n􀁸 Date of birth  \n􀁸 Signature  \n􀁸 Current physical, residential address (not a PO Box) The most common forms of identification include:  \n􀁸 Driver’s License  \n􀁸 U.S. Military Identification Card  \n􀁸 Passport  \n􀁸 Alien Residency Card  \nNon-U.S. citizens need a passport AND a driver’s license/identification card.
