The Executive Directors approved on February 24 , 2022 a loan in the amount of US$45 million to Argentina for a Sustainable Recovery of Landscapes and Livelihoods in Argentina Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (R2022-0008, dated February 4, 2022) .  \nSouth Sudan – Grant-Public Financial Management and Institutional Strengthening Project  \n3. The Executive Directors approved on February 24 , 2022 a grant in the amount of SDR24.3 million (US$34 million equivalent) to South Sudan for a Public Financial Management and Institutional Strengthening Project on the terms and conditions set out in the President’s Memorandum (IDA/R2022-0029;/3, dated February 14, 2022, February 23, 2022, and February 24, 2022, respectively) .  \nBangladesh – Credit-Local Government COVID-19 Response & Recovery Project  \n4. of up to US$150 million in US-dollar denominated bonds to  \nbe privately issued by TTB, in Thailand, including: (a) up to US$100 million in a green bond, and subsequently (b) up to US$50 million in a
