Although absorptive capacity is widely discussed in knowledge management and innovation research, its specific dimensions—knowledge acquisition, assimilation, and transformation—have received limited attention alongside intellectual capital (IC). This study clarifies how absorptive capacity dimensions mediate the link between IC and innovation outcomes.
