They noted the opportunity for supporting countries in scaling up and accelerating energy efficiency consistent with COP28 targets, Sustainable Development Goal 7, and national climate commitments.  \nDirectors discussed the rationale of using the MPA for this program and underscored the importance of ensuring incentives for energy efficiency. They stressed the need to promotereplicability, scalability, and knowledge sharing of this program and asked about the link of the regional MPAs to energy GCPs.
