They expressed concern about gender-based violence and recommended that this issue be given adequate attention during CPF implementation.  \nDirectors acknowledged the alignment of the CPF with the Government’s National Development Plan and with corporate priorities, including regional integration and collaboration to help create new jobs, and increased climate resilience. They urged Management to move forward with the preparation of a CCDR to inform WBG activities in the area of climate change, with particular attention to adaptation. Directors also noted the importance of energy security and access.  \nDirectors commended the one WBG approach and encouraged IFC and MIGA to expand their engagement, especially in promoting private
