To Register for a new test:  \nClick on the button “Register”  Fill the form  Check the certifying box  Apply  \n5.1.1. Locals and students who are exempted from payment will be directly take you to view your application details (no payment required)  \n5.1.2. Non-local students must pay for the desired subjects – You have 2 possible options; Either by paying one time bundle for basic subjects that MOE offers* or by paying every subject individually (follow the previous steps in point 5.1.1. but you’ll be asked to pay)  \n* Find payment details at the end of the user guide manual  \nA􀀝er paying the bundle you will have 4 credits prepaid for basic subjects.
