The answer to the questions that to what extent the students have learned and which instructional techniques work better is not simple. These questions are vital to answer and answers need rigorous approach towards the measurement and assessment of the students’ progress that consequently leads towards the better decision making. In order to ensure and enhance the effectiveness of teachinglearning process teachers need to get information regarding students’performance.
