There are a range of different activities to choose from. We ask that you only apply for any activities that you wish your child to attend as it will not be possible to make any changes after class places have been allocated. You will need to pay for any classes that your child is allocated regardless of whether they attend. We do not accept cancellations and your class cannot be transferred to other pupils.  \nChildren can apply for one class each day and all places are booked on a first come, first served basis using a live booking system. Once the booking form is closed, we are unable to book any children on any activities.  \nEAST FERRY EXTENDED DAY ACTIVITIES  \nSPRING TERM 2022  \nPayment  \nEach club is charged at £42 per term and sign up is on a term by term basis. Outstanding payments on your account from last term may affect your ability to book a place for your child.  \nSchool Gateway Account  \nPayment will be requested via School Gateway once we have reviewed the bookings and advised parents of any clubs that may need to be cancelled. There will be a request for payment for each club booked so that it is clear exactly what is due for each child. Please do not make payment until you see these requests on School Gateway, as this will ensure you are paying for the correct number of EDAs. We expect this to be available in the first week of the Spring Term.  \nYou can only make payment via School Gateway or using Childcare Vouchers or Tax Free Childcare. If you have any issues activating your School Gateway account, please contact the school office.  \nIf you have issues making payment or require a Childcare Voucher provider number, please contact on [accounts@canarywharfcollege.co.uk](accounts@canarywharfcollege.co.uk).  \nPick up times are 15:55 and 17:00 only. If your child is unable to stay until 17:00 please collect them at 15:55 . We do not allow early pick up from EDA. If your child is unable to stay for the whole hour, then please collect them at the normal school finishing time.  \nIf you sign your child up for an EDA we expect that child to attend regularly as they are taking up a place that could have gone to another child.  \nIf your child is taking part in a physical EDA they will be asked to remove all watches and jewellery and may be asked to change into their PE kit.  \nTae Kwon Do Tae Kwon Do this term will be open for all abilities. Instructors will be leading mixed ability sessions, so there will be no Advanced clubs for this term.  \nWe may take pictures for records or publicity. We will only take photos of your child if you have already given consent to the school. The singing classes will be a joyful and exciting experience for the children. This helps teach mindfulness and the understanding of their own thoughts and feelings as well as enhances speech and language, building clearer communication and stronger friendships.
