 \nWHEREAS,the State Board of Education(SBE)adopted Rule 6A-10.024,FAC,specifying that articulation agreements shall be executed between Florida College System boardsof trustees and district school boards within each Florida Colege System district;  \nWHEREAS,the SBE adopted Rule 6A-14.064,FAC,establishing requirements andstandards for college credit dual enrollment;  \nWHEREAS,HCC and SBHC desire to implement the above rules by creating high-qualityopportunities for high school students to pursue college-level instruction,through an articulatedacceleration program;  \nWHEREAS,HCC and SBHC have agreed,therefore,to undertake the study anddevelopment of cooperative programs to maximize the potential of each institution to meet theneeds of an increasingly urban society.The programs named and outlined in the followingsections permit any student enrolled in one of the schools to take full advantage of theeducational opportunities offered by the other and without penalty or undue administrativeproblems;
