Once the class begins we do not give a refund unless it is medically related.  \n• I must complete 30 hours of classroom instruction, 12 hours of behind-the-wheel driving instruction, 6 hours observation and additional 40 hours of supervised road time with a parent or guardian in order to be eligible to receive a Driver Education Certificate of Completion from the RMV.  \n• If I miss a class for any reason, I must make-up the missed class. If I do not attend the make-up class for each and every missed class, I will be ineligible to pass the course. Two or more classes missed might be subject to a $100 penalty fee.  \n• Tardiness and/or early departure from any class will count as an absence.  \n• The instructor has the authority to drop any student from the program who is disruptive. The student will be ineligible to receive a refund.  \n• There will be a charge of $60 for each on road lesson that is missed without a 24 hour notice.  \nFees (in addition to cost of class) paid to the RMV:  \nPermit Fee $30: This will be paid to the RMV the day of the permit exam License Fee $85: This includes the road test and license fee  \nDriver Education Certificate $15: This will be paid when all components of the Driver Education Program are complete.
