Adapted by Save the Children, Callan Services National Unit, and SIL PNG as part of the Rapidly Improving Standards in Elementary (RISE) PNG project with support from the Australian Government, this eBook was laid out and recorded by SIL-Education for Life. The original story, \"Lost Forever,\" was copyrighted in 2018 by SIL PNG, and permission for its use is granted solely within Papua New Guinea. This adaptation also draws from an original copyright held by the PNG Department of Education in 1997. The first paragraph describes a \"namhata\" that can be left behind, can be sought, can be relied upon, and can be completely trusted. The second paragraph continues this by detailing how the same \"namhata\" can be a place to gather, can hold an individual close, and can be relied upon completely. The narrative then introduces a character, \"nanghaji,\" described as a \"child of the \"namhata.\" This character is often told stories and is referred to as \"lost forever.\" The story progresses to describe how \"nanghaji\" sees the \"namhata\" and then looks for the \"namhata\" with others. The third paragraph indicates that \"nanghaji\" is lost, and the fourth paragraph states that \"nanghaji\" is often called something that is lost. The final paragraph states that \"nanghaji\" is lost and then says that the \"namhata\" is lost.","Do̊di Fabrahu \nLost Forever \nCheke Holo Environment \nDo̊di Fabrahu \nLost Forever \nWritten by Rachael Sivatavi Re-illustrated by Naomi Near \nAdapted by Save the Children , Callan Services National Unit and SIL PNG as part of the Rapidly Improving Standards in Elementary (RISE) PNG project with support from the Australian \nGovernment. \neBook layout and audio recording: SIL-Education for Life \nCheke Holo \nIsabel , Solomon Islands \nCopyright © 2024, Cheke Holo Translation Committee \nPermission is granted for this story to be used only in Papua New Guinea \nTranslated by Fr.
