ADMINISTRATIVE:  \nA. COVID–19 Accommodations/Protocol – The COVID-19-Accommodations and Protocol were discussed prior to Item 1.A to comply with the roll call rules when holding an electronic meeting.  \nB. Consider Minutes from March 3 , 2021 – Chairman Edwards noted that no additions or corrections were mentioned and called for a motion to approve the minutes.  \nMike Shaw made a motion to approve the minutes as presented. Jay Sandberg seconded the motion.  \nChairman Edwards then conducted a verbal roll call vote on the motion. The motion passed with all Committee members verbally voting in favor of  \nthe motion.  \nC. Welcome Dustin Mouritsen. Chairman Edwards reported that Jack Taylor recently retired, and that Dustin Mouritsen has been installed as the new Public Works director for Santa Clara City. Mr. Mouritsen was introduced to the group and invited to give a brief introduction.  \n2. SHORT RANGE PLANNING:  \nA. Update on transit line St. George to Springdale. Jay Sandberg reported that the agreements have been signed. They are working on the Brigham roadside, stops, charging stations, personnel and building design. There was not a lot of additional detail available currently.  \nB. GIS Tools for Transit Decision Making.
