Here’s how to make your own as a fossil cookie – and even eat it too!\u003Cbr>Ingredients:\u003Cbr>• 400g plain flour\u003Cbr>• 200g butter (at room temperature)\u003Cbr>• 200g caster sugar\u003Cbr>• One egg\u003Cbr>• Vanilla essence\u003Cbr>• Dinosaur toys (optional)\u003Cbr>Making your dinosaur fossil cookies:\u003Cbr>• Pre-heat the oven to 180C/Gas Mark 4.\u003Cbr>• Put your flour, sugar and butter in a bowl and mix together-rub the butter with your fingers against the flour.\u003Cbr>• Add your egg and a few drops of vanilla essence to form smooth dough.\u003Cbr>• Place the mixture in the fridge for 20-30 minutes before the cookies go in the oven (especially if it’s a warm day) .\u003Cbr>• Make flat rock-like shapes with your dough and place onto the baking tray.\u003Cbr>• Using your dinosaur toy, imprint dinosaur footprints onto the dough.
